Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every order placed through the Viomix online store.

Returns Within 14 Days

You may request to return or exchange an eligible product within 14 days of receiving your order.

For health and safety reasons, the product must be:

• Unused and unopened

• In its original sealed packaging

• In the same condition in which it was received

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that have been opened, used, improperly stored, or tampered with cannot normally be returned unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise returnable under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, you have the right to refuse to receive your parcel from the courier. If you have already received the parcel, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when possible. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund without additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. For cash-on-delivery orders, our customer service team will arrange a suitable refund method.

The time required for a refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to cancel it before dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.

How to Request a Return

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The product you wish to return

• The reason for the request

• Photographs, if the product is damaged or incorrect

This policy does not limit any rights available to consumers under Egyptian law.
